**Standard Returns**

If you’re looking to return an item that isn’t custom-made, you’re in the clear zone! Just ensure the product is in its original, unused condition, and you can initiate a return within 30 days of receipt. We'll assist you in making the process as smooth as a perfect spiral.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of helmets or shoulder pads once they have been worn. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags still attached. Please ensure that helmets and shoulder pads are in their original packaging and have not been used before initiating a return.


**Custom Products**

Your custom gear is as unique as your team's playbook, tailored just for you. This means we can't restock or resell it. For that reason, all sales of custom products are final. Before you confirm your custom order, double-check all the details. We want to make sure your custom gear hits the field exactly as you envisioned it, with no penalties.

**How to Make a Return**

1. Get in Touch**: Drop us a line at our customer service center. Our friendly team will guide you through the process.
2. Pack it Up**: Make sure the item is in its original condition, tags intact, and pack it securely.
3. Send it Off**: Use the prepaid shipping label we provide and send the item back to us.

 

**Refunds**

Once we receive your returned item and give it the once-over to confirm it meets the return conditions, we’ll process your refund faster than a fast break. The funds will sprint back to your original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on your bank’s policies.

**Exchanges**

Got an issue with size or color? We'll assist you in finding the right match. If the new item costs less, we'll refund you the difference. If it costs more, we'll need to charge you the additional amount.

**Damaged or Incorrect Items**

If we dropped the ball and you received a damaged or incorrect item, we want to make it right. Contact us immediately so we can correct our play.
