Agreement
By placing an order with Live Sporting Goods, you agree to these terms. If you are ordering on behalf of a program, you confirm you are authorized to do so.
Custom & decorated orders
Custom and decorated items are produced to your specifications after you approve a proof. Because these items are made to order, they are non-returnable except in the case of a defect or an error on our part. Please review your proof carefully — production follows the approved proof exactly.
Artwork & trademarks
You represent that you have the right to use any logos, marks, or artwork you submit. LSG is not responsible for trademark or licensing disputes arising from customer-supplied artwork.
Pricing, deposits & terms
Prices reflect your account tier at time of order. Custom orders may require a deposit before production. Approved programs may qualify for purchase orders and net payment terms. Past-due balances may pause production or delivery.
Lead times & delivery
Lead times are estimates based on product and decoration. We communicate timelines up front and keep you posted on status. Delays caused by late artwork approval or roster changes may affect delivery dates.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, LSG's liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
